1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Neo Money digital lending platform
("Platform"), owned and operated by DHRUVA CAPITAL SERVICES LIMITED ("Company"). By accessing or
using our Website or Mobile Application, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, the user must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be an Indian resident with valid KYC documentation.
- Use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes only.
3. Services Offered
Neo Money provides digital loan application, processing, disbursal, repayment information, and
customer support as per applicable RBI guidelines. Loan sanction is subject to Company policy and
verification.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Update KYC documents whenever required.
5. Loan Terms
Loan-related terms such as interest rate (APR), fees, tenure, repayment schedule, cooling-off
period, and other charges will be disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS). Only the charges
listed in the KFS will be levied.
6. Cooling-Off Period
As per RBI Digital Lending Directions:
- Borrowers may exit the loan during the cooling-off period without penalty.
- Only principal plus proportionate interest (if applicable) may be payable.
- Processing fees, if disclosed in the KFS, may be retained.
7. Disbursement & Repayment
- Loan disbursement is only into the borrower's bank account.
- Repayments must be made directly to Company's designated bank account.
- No third-party or intermediary account will be used.
8. Fees & Charges
- All applicable fees will be disclosed in the KFS.
- No hidden charges will be levied.
- Fees payable to Lending Service Providers (LSPs) shall not be charged to borrowers.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company will collect, store, process, and share personal data strictly as per its Privacy Policy
and applicable law. User data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
10. Restrictions on Use
Users shall not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform.
- Upload harmful or malicious content.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of DHRUVA
CAPITAL SERVICES LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Grievance Redressal
For complaints or queries, users may contact:

If unresolved within 30 days, users may escalate to RBI's Complaint Management System (CMS).
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Any loss due to user error or incorrect information.
- Service interruption due to technical issues.
- Unauthorized access caused by weak user credentials.
14. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access if:
- False information is provided.
- The Platform is misused.
- Regulatory or legal obligations require it.
15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted
on the Website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction
of courts in India.
